im starting to think these are 45-46, anybody able to confirm if they can or cannot spawn level 46? 'a couple were blue when i went' doesnt necessarily mean they are, 'some are dark blue some are light blue' or 'one was white at 46' or 'grouped here at 46 and all were dark blue' would be a bit more specific. moslty curious because 55 can supposedly single pull these and rats, though ive seen sentries add on me, which would happen if they spawn 46.
I can confirm the Blue Diamond drop - just got one on July 15th.
Also, found a Gem Crusted Ring. No attributes other than None/None. Must be a quest item but can't find anything on this. This item is tradeable but not wearable by any race/class.
Allakhazam's lists a Gem Encrusted Ring but nothing on the Gem Crusted Ring. I submitted the info on this
Walking around, saw this guy... he's blue so I figured I'd take a go at him. Mezzed him, slowed him, suddenly another one and 2 NPCs were on me like white on rice. 175, 112, 134, 156, LOADING, PLEASE WAIT...
Look out... they hit HARD

I'd give it a try, 54 Pally here. The hardest they hit me for is 134 and my AC is only 1020. Using chain Force spells should keep em quiet. Root and a heal here and there and you got yourself a solo. Don't know about adds, we aint crowd control.
Ok, having killed at least 100 of these guys, here's the scoop:
They have about 6k hp. They [do not] drop the axe (the axe drops off punishers and enforcers in the basement). They [do not] flurry, enrage, cast, or summon. There are [no] faction hits for killing them. They [can] be dire-charmed.
They drop diamonds, blue diamonds, raw diamonds, peridots, and something called "a polished (or was it "shiny"?) keychain" (46pp to vendors).
These sentries, along with just about everything in the entire zone, will agro on any player, pet, or illusion that is level 55 or below. If you decide to hunt here, and are level 55 or below, you better find a safe spot to do it (see my first port below). If you are level 55 or below, do not roam the hallways under any illusion (wolf form, etc.).

They do not agro everyone. I'm a 54 SK and was in here at 53 as well hunting the prisoners in the first jail area. Never got agro from these, the rats or other prisoners.
Yes, these are totally weak. I kill them solo as a 61 Paladin. *They are light blue to me* Only need to cast celestial cleansing twice or three times before its dead. Only loot I got was a Diamond *Not bad for such easy kills* oh and no they dont drop that sweet looking axe on the model =|
These guys are unbelievably easy to kill and give VERY GOOD exp. I jumped from level 55 to 56 in a few hours just grind-killing these guys, the roaming rats, and various nearby prisoners.
The way to hunt these is to position your party in the hallway leading to the exit door. Then you have to wait for the roaming SoW-rats and sentries move out of sight so that you can single-pull the annoying agro iksar prisoner in the cell to the left as you come up the stairs.
Once the iksar prisoner goes down (he's much harder than the sentries and rats, and agroes on anything), start clearing the floor of roaming rats. The rats agro if you attack a sentry. Wait for one rat to be alone, and pull to the safe spot.
Once the rats are taken care of, pull the sentries. They path such that any agro will cause them to run around the entire floor before coming after you. I singled them by just stunning one, and running to my group. They will start to run around the hallways (trying to call on the help of rats and the iksar that you have already cleared) and will eventually just pop alone on top of you.
Respawns of the annoying iksar is about 15 minutes. You can time this and clear the entire floor of all rats, prisoners, and sentries, for very good EXP in the mid 50's.
The only thing the guards ever dropped for me were diamonds, peridots, and a shiny keyring (7pp to vendors).
Best part of hunting on this floor is that you get zero faction hits, and are close to the zoneout.
