These cannot be snared or rooted. A Gamite frog CAN be, altho high resists.
I find the best way to charm kite these froggies is not use snare at all. You can land dots on these from extreme distance even unsnared and the unsnared charmed frog has a better chance of getting the froggie target's attention if he is unsnared himself. THis is somewhat riskier druid play but there's always the zone-out at close hand, and then there's instant evac once you get the AA.
This comes from playing a 65 druid on Agnarr.

i dont think its a trade skill item, or itd say on it, so i dont know. could just be some vendor fodder, or turn in quest item?
This Frog IS charmable with the level 63 spell, but once it breaks you better have aa in evac to save your ***.

Hey, come on... if the tree frog puts in the endless hours xp grinding and the lazy dragon sits on his butt thinking he's so uber b/c of his twink haste belt and kunark bp that he doesn't need to lvl, then ***** him. i say more power to the frog!
