i dont think its a trade skill item, or itd say on it, so i dont know. could just be some vendor fodder, or turn in quest item?
This Frog IS charmable with the level 63 spell, but once it breaks you better have aa in evac to save your ass.

Hey, come on... if the tree frog puts in the endless hours xp grinding and the lazy dragon sits on his butt thinking he's so uber b/c of his twink haste belt and kunark bp that he doesn't need to lvl, then screw him. i say more power to the frog!
