Unless there's some strange bug making everything in the zone con white to me, these can be level 58, same level as my necro.
On the other hand, it seems like all the mobs where I zoned in are conning the same level...reminds me of how pvp toons have their level hidden.

I tried soloing this mob (level 62 ranger) Couldnt land root, snare, or fear to save my life. Did not summon me once though.
