There are 6 of "The Tribunal" in a stunningly beautiful room. They are the Quest NPC's for the 6 trials of justice.

Each Tribunal gives a different trial, assuming you have the proper character flags.

The 6 trials are: Execution, Lashing, Stoning, Hanging, Fire, Torture

The Tribunals giving the trials are located as follows:
Trial of Hanging: 765, 535, 10
Trial of Torture: 720, 520, 10
Trial of Stoning: 720, 430, 10
Trial of Execution: 760, 400, 10
Trial of Lashing: 810, 420, 10
Trial of Flame: 815, 510, 10
