I also Saw Sir William Walking along with a 2handed sword and what appeared to be a long sword. Myself a 45 Paladin and a 42 warrior friend of mine attacked him to find out but he is extremely tough. would have had him except for Lay Hands. Obviously he is a Paladin so i wonder if that second sword is some kind of parrying dagger.

S'ok..he has been slain.
He has serious resistances and is buffed out the bjeezus. He's a hard blu con to take down at lvl 42/43. So I guess their levels are right on this bastage.

I saw this guy walking around East Freeport with TWO swords in his hands. After a while, he stopped and casted Daring on himself thus making him a true Duel wielding Paladin Freak!!

For one everyone has the right to trade. I have a 47 Necro and as soon as I hit 49th alot of guards in North Freeport will die by my hand, and the same with a few NPC's in West Freeport. Just so you know I am a dark elf, and I go where ever I please even if I have to kill the guards.

This supposedly noble personage attacked me, a sixth lvl DE shadownight, without provocation. I was attempting to conduct a little commerce on the FPTNorth side of the FPTWest zone. There was no warning.
