Just like all member's of the Dark Reflection, she resides in the Mine's of Malfunction. I believe she is a Cleric of Bertoxxulous trainer.

I was in ak'anon thinking of getting me a bull smasher when I came around a corner and ran into her, I don't remember what lvl I was at the time, but she hit me for 350 twice very fast and killed me instantly, she also screamed something about Goblins when it happened, luckily a gnomish friend (Thanks Zeifr ) was kind enough to come and invis me so I could get back my body
