Not that anybody really cares about these things. But one of them just dropped it while parchment hunting.

went through the hall 3 times last night and earlier posts had these guys hitting for 400 but the highest hit i recieved (60 zerker 1112 ac) was a little over 200 damage. Yes they flurry but highest total damage taken from a flurry was around 500. We pac pulled and I tanked had no probs whatsoever. Maybe they have been downscaled but definately not as hard as what earlier posts would have you believe.

These are summoned. They can be charmed with Call of the Arch Mage. I use them to clear the basement. Toss BO5 and a DS on em, let em rip the punishers apart. With CHA of 180 they tend to stay charmed for about 8-10 min. Only hit for the low 200's. Easily mezzed.

Not sure who says 60-65 in PoN hehe.

Those are usually 50-60 zones.

PoS, PoV are usually 60+.

I'm not flagged for any other planes so Im guessing they are still 60-65ish in level.

These guys dont spawn during the trials, although similar looking mobs do. These guys live down in the basement of PoJ in the 'jail' area by Mauvin.

They hit for 202 pretty fast, flurry, around lvl 50-53 not immune to anything. Fairly easy mob considering in other zones they yard mobs hit for 250.

They drop parchment about 1 in 25, also drop all types of diamonds. Strange but if you find a mob thats dropping diamonds, raw, regular or blue in PoP, theres a good chance that mob will also drop parchments. Verant says they have "updated" spell drops with last patch guess well see.
good hunting

A mob which only hits for 400 dropping the loot it does.
Either Verrant is trying to bait us into buying PoP, or they're actually trying to improve the current risk Vs reward ratios.

Younger? all These mobs cant be touched by lvls 46 - 50...where is that, PoP is desinged for they 55+...and on my server, if you aren't 58+, you don't get a group, unless you bring a /who in PoN, 60 - 65 shows up...and the loot, for the lvl of mobs, I am sad to say is a bit sorry...lvl 52 mobs dropping things that a lvl 40 would wear til he was 50, 51...and then get, PoP is okay, I like the zones and the challenge of the mobs...but the loot, well, so far is pretty average. (Hopefully tier 2 zones will be better loots)

I don't know what server you're on that has only levels 60-65 in PoN. The planar zones were designed as Tiers for players to get to higher planes at higher levels. Perhaps the 60-65 crew you saw were raiding for flags. All tiers have slight variance for different zones within the tier. The boss / flag mob for each tier requires a force of sufficient might to enter the next tier in general. (i.e. Rallos Zek / Sol Ro should require large force with an average level of AT LEAST 63, but higher is better.)

Tier 1: Levels 50+
-Justice, Nightmare, Innovation, Disease

Tier 2: Levels 53+
-Storms, Valor, Tactics, Torment

Tier 3: Levels 58+
-ex. Tower of Sol Ro, Fortress of Zek

Tier 4: Levels 63+
-Elemental Planes

Tier 5: Level 65
-Plane of Time

The encounters required to get flagged for these planes are designed to be doable (but often extremely difficult) for players of the level designated for the next tier (i.e. Trials in Justice are aimed at a group with average level of 53). You may say "no way, you gotta be 58+ to do trials in Justice, not 53." Well, try again.

If they were aiming for level 53 average for PoJ trials, they missed. By a lot. I am 61, and I barely passed the trials with a group of 60-65 of trials-experienced guildies. If you're under 60, i seriously doubt you have enough DPS to do trials. People scoff at anyone under 59 looking for trials groups.

The lowest level I have EVER seen in a tier two was a single 56 cleric, other than that i've only seen 61+.

It's difficult, but not impossible, to pass a trial under lvl 60. HOWEVER... you want at least 2 or 3 quite high level people to deal damage to make up for what the lower levels can't do.

Under 60, don't even bothering shouting that you're looking for a trial group. If you think you can do it, and can bring you own group who will let you try, go for it.

Keep in mind if you have an extreme difficulty in completing a trial, you're not going to be able to do much in Valor or Storms anyway.

400 is a pretty nice hit, and considering this zone seems to be for the younger planar lvl's I wouldn't complain.

I am pretty sure that this is a mob that spawns after talking to one of the Tribunal at the end of the zone. They give you quests and these mobs and other mobs spawn. They are rumored to hit for around 400.
