You killed someone's epic spawn mob ... which has NO LOOT LISTED ... because why again ??
HINT: If there's a mob listed and no loot listed... it doesn't DROP ANY. And if the only other info is "YYY's class Epic Quest" perhaps, if you aren't that class... you should leave it the PoHate alone.

I was wondering if anyone knew if this particular scout was KOS to everything in the zone? This doesnt seem logical because it tales 3 days for him to spawn then 30 seconds for him to die. Please sssend back information on this topic. Thanks.

It appears you are correct, and that the only way to make sure he doesnt die is to sit there and wait protecting his spawn point. I to am on The Tribunal and this my last one of the 6, and it really stinks the way the mob was constructed, either beef him up or move him to a location were there are no Roamers!
