Flowing Thought I increases mana regeneration by 1 mana / tick. It is a permanent non-icon effect (like the fungy tunic, FBSS, etc) and it stacks against itself. (ie. 2 items with this effect will give you 2 mana / tick, 3 items 3 mana / tick, etc)
