Oxgoad's comment: It's not from a pack. Cards with the *EQP*? series designation (e.g., 3EQP4, in this case) are reward cards. These are earned by completing scenarios, winning tournaments, attending fan events, etc. It's difficult to retroactively reconstruct the way to earn these cards. I'm not sure what this one a reward for, but it is definitely not obtainable from Inquisitor booster packs (cf. https://www.legendsofnorrath.com/rewards.vm?category=eq§ion=inquisitor), even though it is from the 3 series.

This familiar adds 404 mana at level 80. Not sure what the devs were thinking making it 500 at level 96 ... either the info is wrong or they have big plans for EQ.
