The bazaar pricing for this on Quelious server is just silly. people pricing it at 500 each...for a powder that makes a scroll that is single use and does under 200 dmg? Vendor value of the scrolls is 9p..what are you traders thinking?

It is the lowest level binding powder that can be used to get Research to 300. That makes it valuable to INT casters.
