That seriously the best they got for this item? Don't get me wrong I could see how this could be useful while fighting just give it a click. But at the same time clerics get the 900 hp group heal clickie and druids with the 1800 dd click. Don't get my wrong, though. My bard would love to have this brestplate as his upgrade. Just think maybe someone made a mistake here.
