Dropped in Wall of Slaughter off one of the feran mobs. Not sure what it is for ... merchant fodder?

Can't figure out what this is for, but sells for 0.952 to merchants. Not much in line with the other vendor fodder available in these higher-level low-drop zones, unless it's just meant to be scrap or be used in some future quest (like some of these have done over the years with continuing expansions).
