So tired of reading posts on who gets this. Ill tell you who a MONK or BST. End game weapons have wis and manna on them pure and simple so those stats are obsolete when discussing. Recommended lvl of 61 dont think a 61bst is going to be hurting for a few wis. BST or also capped in some melle where monks are not great item for either class. Just my 2cents.
True enough "neither" should be considered over the other, its just as good a weapon for Beast as is it is Monk.
Although a slight edge going to the Beast since H2H is usually their best option, at least until higher lvl and if they can get their Atk up over 1800 or so.
Then 2HB is also just as viable.
and id have to say that yes ANY lvl Beast is usually hurting for a few Wis unless he/she made the mistake of thinking that they are a pure caster and ALL of their gear choices have been based on Wis 1st.
Most Beast are going for Melee stats Hp/AC/Agi.
So most Beast will be lucky to have 200 Wis.
So +Wis & mana for a Beast is far from obsolete and these fist are a Beastlords dream come true it has good AC, very good HPs, Wis+Mana and great Agi and really good resist, then top it off with they hit Hard and fast with an unresistable proc.
What more could a Beast ask for?
This is also like about the 2nd or 3rd best weapon in the game for a Beastlord, and it IS THE Best weapon for Beast not in the Elemental Planes.
This could very well be the best weapon 70% of all Beast ever even have a chance to get.
