Help my brothers in Brell! Where can I locate Glynns tongue to complete the breastplate part of the quest? I have looked all over the Butcherblock mountains and I cannot find the bandit/npc Glynn!

Little camp of bandits near the docks. Several named bandits spawn there, Glynn is among them... Not sure if Glynn's always there or shares a spawn with another, though.
