+20Int/+145Mana/saves, and spell haste V...Nice item good enough to hold you over till god drops
just because your guild can kill a PoP god doesnt mean everyone can have every item they want from it. if you want an item better than this, its gonna take tens of hundreds of hours of farming a single god. also, i dont think ive seen a better ranged slot for int casters before... ever. but im also not up to par with all the elemental drops.

But, unless your FT isn't maxed, feather isn't as good as the ornament..
Air Fetish from Avatar of Wind is as good though. Xegony wand better, Orb of Secrets from AHR is as good, theres quite a few ranges i'd say are equal. Personally I'd opt for air fetish or orb of secrets since spell haste is SO common especially since it's on elemental boots.
Also can find this effect (speed of solusek) on tethered air cape, fennin ro earring(similar effect), and various other drops.
