Flars all due respect, you complain about bards being nerfed. All classes fear the dreaded nerf. But the reason you guys dont get stuff like this is pretty simple, even without much AC and stats, bards can Do amazing things, like oh lets see example lvl 51 bard soloing mobs in PoD. When your skills outmatch what an entire group can struggle to do , whats AC and stats mean.
Not trying to flame, but sometimes nerfs are legitimate things. Wouldnt expect anyone to enjoy one either.

They break songs and such more than any other class period. That is why we dread the nerf.
Btw, most bards who have played a duration of time instead of straight leveling would probably either have vindi, ss/kael, erad, bp of void, etc by time they get to the point where they can get this, so is it a huge item? No.

First of all, everything that a bard can do solo is an extension of what makes them valuable in a group. The same way I can turn a mobs against it's friends, I can also do the same for my group. And just so you know it's not all peachy keen. Swarming is only viable in very particular areas against very particular mobs. Mana is always a problem. And any change to those parameters also affects our ability to do our job when grouped. Read the bard community boards and try to get the whole picture before you even dare claim that any nerf is legitimate.
That said, this item looks great to me. Sure, some people will say that it's only a slight upgrade over this or not as good as that. Or the reward isn't up to the risk of where the mold drops or whatever. The truth of the matter is that not everyone can always have the very best of everything. It looks like a solid BP to me and while it may dissappoint some Ubers, I'd love to have it.
Bards DO need AC/HP/STA and this BP has plenty. When we do primary CC, we are prone to getting beat down hard and often. The more of these we have, the better off we are.
