Well Greater Akheva I think works on any mobs in ME, Akheva (not really sure on both), but no doubt works in Vex Thall. So this sword imo is bad ***. Good luck getting one since they drop inside Vex :).

All Akheva outside of Vex Thal are lesser Akheva. Only exceptions *could* be Shei Vinitras, The Itraer Vius and maybe Xi Thall, but that's unlikely.
