I dont care what u say this weapon well.....sucks! Well the haste is sweet but dmg and dly are just horrible. even though if u make your other weapon go faster (if war rng or bard) 1hs is usually fast enough anyways. Besides if u have enough money to buy this thing at the price they usually sell it get a lammy instead its allready FAST!

Yea I guess 41% (or whatever high haste) this has is worthless to you, this hastes your BOW ALSO.
I like it, throw in offhand, and lupine mainhand, and I am satisfied with the major speed increase. Who cares if YOU think it sucks, plenty of others are satisfied with it.
