Is the +2 int on this item cumlative? such as if i have 5 do I get +10 int.

Nope, like with Hala 10lb meat pies, they weight 7.5 or so (dont ask me why they dont weight 10 O.o) when u have a stack u still only get the 7.5weight.....prolly not the best example but its all i can really think of.....

No, stacked items only count as one for weight and bonuses/penalties
