The nice thing about the boots are the 5 min group lev, as opposed to having to resing it constantly.
Next question )....
Do the greaves apply a lasting fear? If so, these would Rock !! Otherwise, if the ''cast time'' is longer than normal song26, i would not want to chance a break in fear twist, even to free up a spell slot.
Anyone have the info?
