This is worth it because of the great stats and ease of getting the mats
2014 update:
Argath is the safest place to fish for Raxil. When you take the blimp from Steamfont to Argath you will exit the blimp and see a waterfall beyond the platform in a safe area. Fish in this waterfall.
I fished through a couple hundred baits:
Raxil fish 76% catch rate
Oseka's Messenger 18% catch rate
Trash 6% catch rate

Wrong. Not pure Raxil in BD.

Raxil fish are also fished in Valley of Lunanyn.
I just caught this fish in Argath on my first try in this zone.
