On a level 10 wood elf rogue, got about 3% xp per 2 belts turned in. Compared to turning in 2 crushbone sholderpads for 10% per 2. Tho when I first started it seemed way higher but memory is strange, you remember the good as better and the better as great and usually forget the bad all together.

At lvl 13, I took 16 crushbone shoulderpads to Kaladim and turned them in.

I am a Dwarven Paladin.

Each shoulderpad gave me 6% exp! (6 blue ticks) I raised almost the entire level off of this.

*Note* the belts, when turned in, give 1% (1 blue tick) at this level.

Gunlok regarded me as Amiable. Just a suggestion. Since so many people do this quest, if there are those of you out there who will post your own results, we can compare differences to determine how quest exp works.

For example, if a lvl 10 paladin Dwarf does it, and gets 9%, that would be good to know.

If a lvl 12 paladin who has poor faction with Gunlok does the quest and gets 2%, that would be VERY good to know.

If a lvl 12 paladin ELF does it and gets 3%, that would be VERY good to know. (racial modifier to exp reward)

If a lvl 12 dwarf FIGHTER does it and gets 12%, that would be good to know (class bonus modifier.)

Be sure and post your Class, Race, Level, and Faction with Gunlok.

It is fairly safe to assume that once the research is done for this quest's experience, the rest of the questing experience for other quests works on exactly the same premise.

(fyi - turning in 4 bone chips at this level/Class/Race/Amiable to Kaladim Pally GM is worth only 1/2%)

As an ogre warrior, once I got to dubious with the guards by killing enough orcs and goblins I was able to enter town and give both belts and pads. The coin and items were incidental and not useful to me, but I went from dubious to amiable with the guards. Very much worth it! It certainly did not help my faction with my home ogres, but there is little there to return for at this point in the game.

Not to mention that at level 10 a full load of pads (8 8 slot packs) you can gain at least one level or more from Canoel Nusback (sp) at the warrior's guild in Kaladim by turning them in. Enterprizing scavengers at Orc Hill can collect the belts for the sister quest that are left behind and go from leevl 1 to 5 in one trip to kaladim (or more)

Actually they used to be called Lego pads but in a patch they were changed to Crushbone pads because people were trying to turn in pads from the commons and it caused problems. Also before you start telling me I dont know what Im talking about this was all done in the Pre Kunark days
