Ranging Charm  

 

Finally upgraded the Princess Klaknak eye T-3 HoT Charm on my warrior for this. He's pretty much got the "tank clickys you need" like haste and DS and etc, and it's maxxed stats. Huge, huge upgrade from the HoT charm.
