It is much, much easier to go thru the Rogue Guild secret wall in Shadow Haven to get this spell..

Do I have to have the Luclin expansion to go get this item.. if so do I have to have expansion to use the item. Could I get someone to go get it for me?

This vendor is located at 1598, -877 in Echo Caverns.
It is a little tricky to get to. First you must pass through the hidden wall located at 305, 1693 in Shadowhaven and then click on the Rock Wall at 981, -735 in Echo Caverns to access the area where he is located.
This vendor sells many of the Necromancer spells released with Shadows of Luclin

I have a note on my spell listing printed off of Casters Realm which indicates SOL.
Is there a vendor in Antonica that sells this spell?
Qaylar is Eruidan, so possibly Paineel or better Freeport since he is currently running about in the deserts.
