This scroll contains recipes on the proper smithing of cultural symbols.

It outlines the need for starting with palladium ore that you will need to heat with shiny coal and shape into the proper symbol shape using a pattern that can be achieved from instructions in another book. It will additionally need water blessed by the deity you wish to attune it to, and mysterious loam as a sacrifice to that deity.
