Yep, found only in Luclin this is the group effect equivalent to the Strengthen spell. If you can't find it, it's in Shadow Haven around /Loc 72, 1213 at a vender named Herol Beaufodal.

This spell is supposed to be sold by vendors, but I've been looking all over in at leaast 5 zones so far, and have yet to find. Does anyone know where this spell can be found? I started looking for it at lvl 9 and now am 16 and still have no clue. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
