I think this is missing Improved Dodge5 . I don't know too many who would give up Improved Dodge 5 for an extra few Hp. Just my two cents

I'm comparing this to my Hard-Bristled Brush and it just doesn't stack up. It has -2 ac +132 hp but -2 Hsta. Add in what you mentioned about Imp. Dodge V and it's not worth it. I guess it's only worth it to those that don't have their T4 range items yet or don't use Imp. Dodge V. Might be ok for a back-lines caster but not for melee.
