You need to watch the Market Place they put these up with bundles of x 2, x 3 and x 4 in a package.

Thats mean the drop in rare from some named in HoT.

it is not in the marketplace now -- will it return ?
On the welcome window, it noted that there would be a container sale through July 4th. I suspect it will return again, but I don't know when.
If that does not suit you, I hear you can find specially trained Rockhoppers in Shadow Haven.
