Seeds of Destructiondid the first task but didnt get this item with my reward and still cant get the group task

You need 3 in the group at least - its a shared task that takes place in a PoK instance.
Basically you zone in and kill 8 tiny elephants, 8 tadpole things, 8 gingerbread men, and 2 named...turn in 3 drops off those...answer a riddle...and do some hails. Took me about 45 minutes to complete.

I completed Bobo's first quest Let's Have Some Fun and got my Squirting Flower, but he wouldn't give me the second quest for this.
