Wooly Spider Tears  

 

The quest giver is in POK for these near Tranquility stone, a puppet looking dude w/ a mask. I believe you need to be between 10-19 to get the quest. Note that he may give different level ranges on the quests he hands out. I'll try to get the info later tonight.

This drops from a sad wooly spider that I found in Everfrost Peaks at location 2180.12, -3432.74, -59.84.
This may be his spawn point but I do not know, have seen him here 2 times.
I have no idea what this item is for though.
For those who are /loc-tarded-.. This is between Halas and the LDoN camp, directly south a short way from the platform that Starn (spells) is located.
