I finally found a purple dungeon mob close to the Korascian Warrens zone line, after the bridge. I don't remember what the first name was, but I'm sure it was a Rallosian something.

Several months back I would get 4 or 5 of these guys a night. With my rogue the last few nights I have killed about 200 of the guards in Tosk and only one of them turned purple and dropped the dungeon rot. Another guy in there was camping for the rot with no luck. My rogue assassinates every 5th mob or so, so that may make a difference in the drop rate, but either way, the other guy was not having any luck at all either.
