Spell: Illusion: Kobold King  

 

This is a result of a quest and that quest is not available until level 60. So it should say Level to Attain: 60 as that what you need to be to get Legendary Enchanter Illusions so you don't see it in the data base as a level 1 spell and go trying to find it when you can't yet scribe it. All quest spells should be listed this way. It shouldn't be too hard to put in a line that checks for if it is awarded by quest and give that as the level for the spell
