Ok they nerfed the Stats on this item. It used to suck without snow or rain. It was like 40 something ac and low heriocs and 900 hpts. Now after they fixed it without snow or rain it is 91 ac and 1800 hpts high heriocs like 10- 12 in most stuff and good heal amount, spell damage, clairvoyance and regen. It increase's slightly with rain or snow like 5-8 ac and 100-150 hpts and small increase in heriocs like 2-3. This item does not work with any nimbus I tried all snow and rain ones. It does work with your frosty snow globe though. I petioned many times to get it fixed and I am glad they finally did it becuase druids always make the weather change. I just wished it worked with nimbus kind of dumb it doesn't, but still it's a elite charm now even when it doeasnt snow or rain. Esp for the raid one of the easiest in HOT! They stats always stay same when its not raining or snowing and are very high like I posted.
