Fished this in the high level heritage Crushbone.
I fished in the regular Feerrott for these (1-30 Zone) They DO NOT drop here. Fished at 206 for an hour. Went to The Dream (thru the statue by CT Temple was third fish caught. Don't spend your time unless you go thru statue.

I foraged this in Fear Itself, accidentally ate it though

I foraged in Morell's castle. Was surprised to see it on a character with no fishing skill. Glad i'm not the only one.
