Song: Occlusion of Sound

I took a group up to hunt for this spell in PoG today. We were up there a good 4 hours before we finally got a copy to drop over in the thifling area. Seems way to rare compared to the other spells we kept getting duplicates of.

I got my copy of OOS from a dragon in Western Wastes, although it was about 6 months ago.

So I can confirm that it drops outside of PoG.

at what vendor can this song be found.

I was told it either drops in Old Seb, or in PoG?
