This is like the Enchanter's Rune line of spells. It's not very useful at higher levels, because Nillipus' March of the Wee also adds a dmg absorbing shield, as well as raising AGI until the shield is dispelled (normally very quickly at high levels). It's a good thing to play to negate damage done by a monster's damage shield, which I've noticed is usually a problem because I appear to be the only caster who'll cast Nullify Magic on monsters who wear them.
