A song that dispels buffs (including beneficial?) from your group... Sounds like limited usefulness to me.
If it dispels beneficial buffs, I can think of two situations that it might be used in:
One-The bard in your group is a total scrub. Disband him immediately.
Two-The bard in your group is an *******. Disband him immediately.
