General Jyleel spawns on 3rd island to the right of the archway/bridge around the quest NPC, Sionachie Heartsinger. He pathed up to location, -481.33, -4730.02, -348.95. Dropped on first kill. I am not sure which mob is the PH, we just killed all high elves.

a high elf sentry is the PHer. There are 5 total in the area. 1 that roams on the bridge, 2 out in front of the bridge, 1 under the bridge and 1 a little deeper in. The only ones I have seen him personally from is the 2 out front. I got the aug on the 3rd kill.
