Can confirm no PoK merchants sell this, nor does Godain MacKodor in Abysmal Sea, nor Assa Leafwind in Northern Felwithe.

Can you still craft it? (Any bored arcane researchers out there?)
There is a craftable version, but anyone with any knowledge about the spell, would not buy it nor scribe it. It doesn't do anything since 2004 or before that (sometime around one of the 65 max level exapnsions, PoP, LoY, LDoN, or GoD), when they changed Stamina to Endurance. It is used to be a critical spell to support melee classes in long (>60 sec fights), as they would become fatigued (out of Stamina) quickly and less effective.
