You can right click this and get some of the usual options for house pets, but it has a unique option of "Activate Capricious Ursine Illusion" which makes it have a differently shaped head or stick out it's lower lip.

On mine if you make the bear play dead, then try the illusion, it flashes very very briefly (to quick to see what exactly) into another form.

The illusion on these bears doesn't seem to work but the music does for me but not some others. They get the emote but hear nothing even if its their house and bear. I haven't gotten the illusion to work for anyone.
