This or these combines may be bugged at the moment. Will be reporting possible bug as of this date. Have all three items in the Shroud of Dreams but getting the dread these items do not combine message.
Tripple checked the combinations and everything appears to be correct. Another player has reported much the same while older toons have had no problem.

Use the Shroud of Dreams to combine the Armor pieces. For example you would combine "Recondite Remnant of Fear" with "Inchoate Chain Legplates" and "Dedicant Coalescing Agent" to make "Recondite Spiritskin Leggings".
