Dropped off named rot dog in House of Thule (the zone). Fearsniffer, it was one of the roamers at the zone in from Feerrott2.

I know it's for armor, but am not yet sure how to make the armor.

Zande Vorich in Feerrott2, right at the zone to House of Thule sells a book for 52pp called "Binding Dreams to Reality" that explains how to make armor.

The book explains you must do the following.

Combine the Abstruse (dropped) with a coalescing agent (Zande Vorich, 1049pp, right click and buy the one that lists your class), and an immacuate pattern (tailored)---- Inside of a "Shroud of dreams" (Zande Vorich, 1049pp)
