This spell can also be found in Everfrost Peaks.Starn Bearjumper sells it and can be found at the ruins in the North area of the zone.

All disease spells can be purchased in Shar Vahl from Dar Khura Ahmih his loc is -214 -354 and that is upstairs in the alchemy shop (stairs are to the left of the entrance).
Cost for Sicken is 9g 2s 7c (for Ogre Shaman)
