how often do these things drop? looks like an awsome earing for melees with that added 10 hp. May be once i get 39 on my sk me and a few buddies will go up to the moon and try to get some of these and work on getting my twilight sk mace

I got one of these last night and it is Ac4 str3 sta2, I don't know why it was posted with the wrong stats but it was.
I'm a fairly armed level 40 SK and i have a rough time with one of these suckers, and if there are 2, i just feign death right away to save the hit points.
Not alot of HP's like the Rockhoppers but the wolves hit pretty hard, often 70+.
I pulled them into the little room where the Netherbian zoneline is, and fear kited them in there.
I believe i killed one a few levels ago alone, but i was lom and at about 20% life and no harm touch left.
35 isn't a very realistic level to come and solo these things.

I agree with the above posting. Im lvl 48 and the blood wolfs and regular wolfs are still blue to me. Not that other clases cant solo these at around 35, obviously some can. Good luck

i must agree, i am a meir 31 and they are red to me. i read a post of someone in their 40's and still blue to them. I came into DsP at lvl 27/28 and barley go by, (Thank you Guild) wich is also how i became a member :) take it from me, i am Iksar Monk with some play under ma belt, DO NOT go in there under LVL 30/31 with out a group, and a good one; or the results might not be what you would have liked them to be >:)
Same stats as Cougar Claw only it has a +10 to HP. (And weighs less which is better for monks)
But these things must be super rare. I've killed quite a few blood starved wolves and never saw one drop. Not to mention the wolves are much tougher than the cougars.
