Dropped from a frostfang drake.

For sure is dropping off of a wildwood drakeling in the swamp area.
One dropped tonight in the swamp area off of a drake.
I could not get it to drop while Frostfell was happening. I can only suppose that they change the zone loot table because of the Frostfell mobs that are in The Broodlands.
I gave up after spending 8-10 hours clearing swamp. After Frostfell it took about 3 hours to get 2 drops. One drop from swamp and he other near zone-in to Lavastrom.

Fell off a drake in western swamps for me.
Broodlands off of The Voidsoul Possessed. Was a Frostflake assassin.
