1> unsnareable , fearable, rootable so you have partner run him around while u dot than fd than dot than fd and so on drops ive gotten are dirk of aggressor 6/20 5 str this caster neck 5 intel 20 mana 5 ac fiery ring of cunnin 10 svf 4 intel and 5 ac i think and wand of flame so far his drops are junk heh. But the camps for soling/partnering so no biggy hope this gelps

Does anyone have any idea what this looks like when worn? Does it have any look at all, like cloth has none, or does it have a graphic. If so, what's it look like?

Heretic's Cap has no graphic, same as all cloth items.

Cool. Sounds like the perfect item.
1) Doesn't have that goofy hat look. All hats in everquest make you look like a dork
2) Has decent stats for pure casters
Wait no... you have to wait till 45 to get it. This item stinks. Would make a great lowbie item, if lowbies could kill for it. Heh. Pretty good for 30 somethings who aren't twinked too. But I'm not sure I can picture a level 45 wearing this.

please edit your post and think again this is pretty much a strict twink item.... my mage at lvl 45 only has a 5int cap it has other stats also but very few please feel free to check it out... Elemental Binder
a cap with +4int is not bad at all and the AC would be nice for a chanter or wizzy who is a agro chance so they have a slight chance of getting hit less or for less damage

Yeah, but Elemental Binders are MAGE Only, and cost about as much as a stack of food. This is a decent cap, maybe not uber, but still nice for those who aren't as gifted ;-)
My 42 Wiz is still cruising about in the Savant's Cap he's had for about 20 levels. Can I camp/buy a better hat? Yeah, but I havn't. This would be a nice upgrade for the 4 extra AC, 1 more Int and only the loss of 3 Wis.
Now if only I could get to the moon and still be able to move when other people are in my LoS.
