The jelly isn't pre-lootable btw. if you waste your time trying a centurion will spawn when you pick it up and knock it out of your hand lol. I did get all of my essence of will looted though while working my way down to the rooms for the jelly :)

It is EITHER on the upper or lower place. Didnt found it on the upper room but got it on the bottom room at the first desk at 1457 1517.

Fast respawn but different locations. There are at least two rooms: the bottom one, and a smaller one a level above.
Per the map in the images above, that is one location where the Jelly spawns. Beware, the room may have a couple of Cliknar Paragons that See Invis. Additionally, when you grab the Jelly, another mob will pop there, a Cliknar Centurion did for me.

Confirm was just there. The location on this map is correct.
Do these spawn in only one location at a time? I picked up one from a table in the big room and then a little while later I spotted one in the smaller room up the ramp on a table way back in the corner in a very difficult spot. I logged in the next morning to see if any others spawned but there were none other than the one in the back corner.

These do indeed spawn on top of tables in the hive, which is in the far NW corner of the zone. There are multiple si mobs along the path to the hive, in narrow tunnel areas.
The jelly can spawn on top of a number of tables, in at least two rooms. We got ours from both the large bottom room as well as the room above this several turns of the passage away.
If you get to the right area and can locate a spawn (eye of zomm is good here) and you decide to make a suicide run to grab the jelly...be warned: clicking on the jelly does drop invis, PLUS it will not pick up the jelly on your first click. The first click just drops invis, keep clicking to grab the jelly.
The hive area often has multiple si mobs scattered about. Be prepared to fight a long long way, use mez heavily and/ or some form of mage sneakyness. Having three rogues run in and drop a fire might also work...for anyone who can get three rogues together.

Got mine off a table in upper room. It looks like an Elixir of Scholarship laying down with sparklies, not one of the jelly jars that they have all over the tables.
it is a ground spawn in the hive at the top of map in Arthicrex .. almost all the way in it will be on one of the tables ...
