how in the name of Tunare is this a common item? its lvl 55 and is no drop!

I have seen admin posts that say that in the event that rarity information isn't sent in, the website database defaults the rarity to common.
As for the weapon, this is one of the few 2h items that I would actually want for my chanter. Neato.

now i know im too low to get this...and probably by the time i hit 50+ it will be outdated but i saw 2hb first and thought....why? id never use that....id rather have steins(10int 15cha 5dex 10sta 25sv vs disease) but then i saw the mana and hp and saves...sure at that lvl 25sv vs disease would help but sv vs cold and fire and magic would definatly help on raids. i just wish they would stop putting melee attributes along with caster attributes(str and highdamage/low delay). but hey grats to whomever got this GREAT item, wish i had one : )
